Brisbane Valley Christmas Tree Farm Conditions of Entry
Visitors
Please remember it can be quite hot during the day on the farm so ensure to bring a hat, sunscreen and enclosed footwear to be worn at all times.
Arrival and Departure Times
Arrival and departure times to the farm must be strictly adhered to
Payments
We accept both cash and cards.
No cheques will be accepted
All Sales Final
Due to the nature of our seasonal business, all sales are final. We cannot issue refunds for live Christmas trees.
Parking
On-farm parking is available. Please lock your vehicle and never leave valuables in plain sight. If your vehicle is blocking traffic or blocking another vehicle, you are subject to be towed at the owners expense. Please obey all signage, speed limits and directions when entering the property. Only park in the designated signed parking area.
No Smoking
Although we are in a large outdoor setting, please refrain from smoking (and vaping) on our property for the comfort and safety of our guests. Dry grass and hay bales may be present on the farm and are extremely flammable. Failure to comply with our “No Smoking” policy will result in all visitors of your party being asked to leave.
Children
All minors and children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
Littering
We take great pride in the care of our farm, so please utilize the available rubbish bins around the area. No streamers or confetti are allowed on the property. If any persons are caught littering you will be asked to leave the property.
Pets
As we are a working farm, please respect our biosecurity. No dogs, cats or pets of any kind are permitted on the farm. Please leave your furry friends at home.
Pedestrians
Pedestrians must use designated walkways where marked. Always watch for moving vehicles. Pedestrians must not venture past signs marked “NO PEDESTRIANS PAST THIS POINT" and do not enter areas marked “CLOSED”. Please respect private property areas.
HAZARDS
Beware of ants and other insects, uneven ground, moving vehicles, splinters, barbed wire fencing and other environmental hazards in our farm environment. Please do not play with trees, measuring sticks, or bamboo tree stakes. Do not remove signs, tree stakes or rocks from the property. Please obey all posted signs and speed limits, this is for everyone’s safety. We are not responsible for any injuries sustained or lost, stolen, or damaged items whilst visitors attend the property.
LOADING
While we are happy to assist you with the loading of Christmas trees or other merchandise, we are not responsible for securing your tree to your vehicle or for any damage to your vehicle caused by loading merchandise. Customer is responsible for ensuring items are secure before leaving the premises.
By Booking your entry ticket you agree to all the above. All visitors are to conduct themselves in a safe and reasonable manner, and follow the directions of Brisbane Valley Christmas Tree Farm staff at all times. Failure to comply will result in the immediate dismissal from the premises.
